Japanese Shiatsu.
指圧
Shiatsu, or “Finger Pressure,” is believed to be an ancient Japanese art of touch communication, offering a unique blend of physical pressure and meridian stretches to help balance energy flow and support vital organ health. Many trust Shiatsu as a practice rooted in over 3,000 years of accumulated medical wisdom.
It is believed that one remarkable aspect of Shiatsu is its ability to combine diagnosis and treatment in a single moment. Through skilled hands, practitioners detect imbalances in the body and address them right away.
Patients often find Shiatsu effective in preventing illness by addressing imbalances before they develop into disease. Many believe it supports the immune, nervous, circulatory, and hormonal systems, as well as the health of bones and muscles. At Yugen, Traditional Japanese Shiatsu is believed to create the ideal environment to recharge energy for work, leisure, and healing.
